  • Burn, Baby, Burn: A Magical Romantic Comedy

    Rj Blain

Hardcover (Pen & Page Publishing, May 14, 2019)
Bailey and Quinn are back! Bailey Ember Gardener Quinn should've read the manual on caring for an incubus before marrying hers. The marriage license hadn't mentioned anything about their sexy, insatiable ways. If she doesn't get a single night of undisturbed rest soon, she'll snap--or go on a napalm bender. Either would work. Recruiting Tiffany "Perkette" Perkins to be her partner-in-crime isn't the best idea, but nothing says fun quite like a road trip, and Perkette the Misdemeanor Collecting Queen could teach the devil a thing or two about having a good time. Add in a string of rabies cases, more puppies than she can count (or readily adopt, ) a job promotion, and her very own incubus in disguise on the hunt for her, and Bailey's in for one hell of a ride. Warning: this novel contains excessive humor, a unicorn on a napalm bender, Quinn on the hunt, and more shenanigans than you can shake a stick at. Proceed with caution.

  • Sinbad and Me

    Kin Platt

Paperback (Page Publishing Inc, April 6, 2015)
A wonderfully imaginative blend of "buddy book" with Edgar Allan Poe's "The Gold Bug," complete with ghosties and ghoulies and big strong English bulldogs that go bump in the night. Well, only one English bulldog, but there is plenty of Sinbad to go around. Throw in some highly inventive puzzles and code breaking, a hero who is smarter than he thinks he is, a friend with a "million candlepower brain," and assorted bad guys of various levels of toughness, and you have a thrilling, funny, intricate adventure/mystery mixing ciphers, architecture and numismatics. There's nothing else quite like Kin Platt's Sinbad and Me. Mark J. Estren, Ph.D.,www.infodad.com Bluntly, Sinbad and Me is one of the greatest young adult mystery/adventure stories ever written. It's the kind of book that fires a passion for reading, even in the most reluctant of readers: young boys. However, I first read the book when I was well past the age of 30 and I couldn't set it down! How did I not discover this book in my youth? Tunnels, caves, spooky old houses, codes, ciphers, a graveyard, a ghost and pirate story, evil villains, colorfully odd characters, hidden treasure, adventure on land and in water, danger, a touch of romance and, perhaps most importantly, it depicts that special bond between a dog and its master. This book has it all, and more. Without realizing it, you'll even learn a bit about historic architecture and antique coins. Fastpaced, clever, and filled to the brim with humor, it's Kin Platt's masterpiece for readers of ALL ages. Seth T. Smolinske, www.threeinvestigatorbooks.com

  • Swift Boat Tour of Duty

    Tim Eichholtz

eBook (Page Publishing, Inc., Oct. 23, 2017)
Serving on Swift Boats was at times a treacherous duty. The crew was made up of six men, an officer and five enlisted. For Coastal Division 13 in 1967 and ’68, our patrol area was the coastline, canals, and riverways just a little north of the Mekong Delta all the way to the tip of South Vietnam. We patrolled areas where there were no friendlies, and if we ran into trouble, we were basically on our own for quite some period of time. This book is about my year in Vietnam on one of these Swift Boats. It includes pictures of boats on duty, some of the scenes of South Vietnam, and excerpts from the Cat Lo base log. I have been in contact with my skipper and shared with him what I have written. He has inserted some things I had missed. This story is real and is shared to show you some of my experiences during this time. This was part of the ten and a half months before the Tet offensive occurred and my last month and a half after the Tet offensive. My experiences and time were a cakewalk compared to what others experienced during this time and the years that followed.
